Theater

Dos Mujeres, Un Destino

2015 / Dir. Cristina Prunell / emav

Micro theater with less than a month to make the assembly, adapted from the text “Walking Beer” by Marta Sánchez Guillén, to be presented at emav | Escola de Mitjans Audiovisuals Barcelona.

Two actresses faced by an ancient secret are seen faces during a zombie invasion. One night, Bibiana (Montse Barriga) waits for her cast partner to represent her work as a microtheater. But instead of his companion, appears Manuela, an old friend of Bibiana, dominated by the panic. The zombies have invaded Barcelona, and that small room is the only safe place. At least for now. The two women recognize each other. Many years have passed, but the wounds that have been broken are still open. Now, the question is: will they solve their differences and unite to fight against the invasion of zombies?
